  • All ASMR sessions are audio (not video) recorded using an Amazon Echo device. These recordings are private and securely stored in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud for a period of 30 days. After this retention period, all recordings are permanently deleted.

  • To respond to inquiries or provide customer support.
